Also known as a positive displacement quantitative distributor, it is a pressurized action type, that is, the pressure oil delivered by the lubricating pump pushes the piston in the metering part to force the oil that has been stored in the chamber of the metering part to the lubrication point. When the system is unloaded, the oil is stored in the chamber again to prepare for the next work.
The system must work intermittently, and the supporting lubrication pump must have an unloading function.
In a working cycle of the lubrication pump, the metering part only discharges oil once. And the distance between the measuring parts is far, near, low, horizontal or vertical, all have no effect on the displacement.
The measurement is accurate, the action is sensitive, and the oil discharge is smooth.
The one-way valve can prevent backflow of oil.
