This is the lubrication point distribution diagram summarized by JIANHE team according to the excavator customers served in the past ten years, which is applicable to most of the models.

• ● Boom & Stick Core Lubrication Points:

- Weekly lubrication and greasing is required at the core load bearing axle where the arm connects the upper frame to the arm.

- 4-6 lubrication nozzles at the joints of the swinging joints of the buckets.

• ● Bucket work unit lubrication area:

- 3 sets of lubrication points (right and left side + top) for the bucket and bucket bar connecting pins.

- Ball bearing lubrication ports at bucket double cylinder support points.
