Haul truck lubrication system usually covers several key components to ensure the reliable operation of the vehicle under severe working conditions.JIANHE Team has installed automatic lubrication system on various models in the past (e.g. Komatsu 930E, Caterpillar 797F, Buellas 75710, etc.), although there are variations among the models, but it generally includes the following major lubrication points

• ●Chassis System Lubrication Points:

- Kingpin: Articulation point connecting the front axle to the frame

- Suspension: Front/rear suspension pins;
suspension cylinder articulation points.

- Equalizer bar: The hinged parts need to be lubricated.

- Steering cylinders：Spherical bearings at both ends.

DBP Lubricator

The DBP lubrication pump, produced in-house by JIANHE, is an electrically driven multi-outlet lubrication device, mainly used in progressive cavity systems. The unit can accommodate up to three separate pump elements for supplying oil directly to the lubrication point or through a progressive cavity distribution network. These lubricators are equipped with 24 VDC motors, making them ideal for mobile applications. Built-in controllers are available, or the pumps can be controlled via external controllers or customer PLCs, etc.

SSV Divide Valve

The SSV divide valve distributes lubricant to up to 20 outlet lines at operating pressures up to 4300 psi. This compact valve can be mounted near the lubrication point to automatically and accurately dispense grease throughout the machine. In addition, a switch can be mounted on the circulating spigot to provide electrical feedback to the system controller.
