MVB progressive distributor has 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 oil outlets to choose from. Usually the single outlet flow rate is 0.17mlc, which can be provided by removing the plug and the steel ball and replacing the oil output block to provide a displacement of 0.34mlc, 0.51mlc, etc., which are integer multiples of 0.17mlc.
The plunger sleeve is connected by the oil hole in order to build up the pressure. As long as the pressurized lubricant enters the oil inlet, the distributor will continue to operate in a progressive manner and inject oil with a constant displacement.
Once the supplied pressure lubricant flow stops, all the plungers in the dispensing will also stop moving. Therefore, by installing a specific indicator to observe the white movement of an oil outlet plunger, the operating status of the entire distributor can be monitored. -Once the blockage occurs, the alarm can be realized.
The plunger pair closest to the oil inlet discharges the lubricant from the oil outlet farthest from the oil inlet, and the other plunger pairs in the valve body discharge a quantitative amount of lubricant through the next adjacent oil outlet.

1. Oil Outlet: MVB Standard Flow : 0.17 ml.
2. Distribution principle: The plunger sleeve is connected through the oil hole to establish pressure . As long as there is pressure to allow the lubricant to enter the oil mouth, the distributor will run continuously in a progressive manner and fil with a constant displacement.
3. Alarm:Once the supplied pressure lubricant stops, all of the plungers in the dispenser will also stop moving. Therefore, by operatinga specific indicator to observe the movement of an oil discharge plunger, the operation of the entire distributor can be monitored. In the event of a blockage, an alarm can be issued.
4. 0il Outlet: The plunger which closest to the oil inlet ,discharges the lubricant oil first from the farthest oil outlet , and the other plungers in the valve body discharge the quantitative lubricant through the next oil outlet.
