The concept of a diverter valve

Diverter valve, also known as speed synchronous valve, is a general term for diverter valve, collector valve, one-way diverter valve, one-way collector valve and proportional diverter valve in hydraulic valves. Synchronous valves are mainly used in double-cylinder and multi-cylinder synchronous control hydraulic systems. There are usually many ways to achieve synchronous movement, but among them, the synchronous control hydraulic system using diverter flow collection valve – synchronous valve has many advantages such as simple structure, low cost, easy manufacturing and strong reliability, so synchronous valve has been widely used in hydraulic system. The synchronization of the diverter valve is speed synchronization, when two cylinders or multiple cylinders are subjected to different loads, the diverter manifold valve can still ensure its synchronous movement.
The function of the diverter valve is to supply the same flow from the same oil source to more than two actuators in the hydraulic system, that is, to distribute the same flow, or to supply the flow to the two actuators in a certain proportion, so as to achieve the speed of the two actuators to maintain a synchronous or proportional relationship.
The diverter valve is generally used in the engine of the vehicle, the main function is to control the flow of oil and the flow ratio, the flow valve has a pressure sensor, the flow valve controls the flow by sensing the pressure.
