Circulation lubrication, an ideal way of lubrication

Circulation lubrication is an ideal lubrication method. The lubrication system is mainly composed of oil pump, oil filter, nozzle, oil and gas separator and radiator. Oil pumps include gear pumps for lubricating oil boosting and oil return pumps for oil recovery. The return oil is usually doped with a large amount of air, so the total flow of the return pump is several times larger than that of the booster pump. Oil filters are used to remove impurities and are generally in a grid format. The oil filter in the booster oil circuit is equipped with a bypass flap to ensure normal oil supply when the oil filter is blocked or started at low temperatures. Sometimes a magnetic plug-type chip detector is installed in front of the oil return pump, and wear faults are found by collecting metal chips in the oil. The nozzles are direct flow and the high-speed bearings can be drilled to supply oil from the inner ring of the bearing. Oil-gas separators usually have high-speed rotating rotors that separate oil and gas by centrifugal force. The gas is lighter and can be directed from the rotor chamber above the tank. There is also a stationary plate oil and gas separator. A radiator is a device that cools lubricating oil with fuel or air.
Centralized circulation lubrication is generally divided into two types: free circulation lubrication and pressure lubrication. The former is to use the moving parts in the mechanism to bring up or splash the lubricating oil to lubricate all the components in the mechanism. The latter is to use the pressure difference caused by the different positions of the oil groove and the lubrication point in the middle, and inject oil to the friction surface for lubrication. The recirculating lubrication system is a unique way to keep equipment running.
