What is a lubrication pump? A lubrication pump is simply a type of lubrication equipment that supplies lubricant to the lubrication part. How does a lubrication pump work? When the machinery and equipment are running, a certain oil film is maintained between the surfaces in the middle of the mechanical equipment in relative motion, so that the friction between the components is not directly generated, so that the friction coefficient is reduced, the friction loss is reduced and the surface wear of the moving parts is reduced, the effective power of the mechanical equipment is improved, and the service life of the parts is ensured.
So how to use the lubrication pump correctly? The working pressure of the electric lubrication pump is within the nominal pressure range, can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range, with double overload protection, is a kind of manual trigger handle operation, can be directly installed on the wall plate or frame of the machine, and the double line feeder to form a manual terminal type integrated lubrication system. So what are the points we need to pay attention to when using?
1. First of all, we should install the lubrication pump indoors, with less dust in the room, low vibration, ventilation and dryness, which is convenient for oil replenishment, adjustment, inspection and maintenance.
2. Secondly, the oil reservoir must be filled with lubricating oil, and professional models of lubricating oil should be used to inject from the lubrication pump supply port.
3. Finally, before the operation of the electric lubrication pump, the reducer cavity of the pump should be filled with lubricating oil to reach the specified oil standard level, and the lubricating oil of the reducer chamber should be put into use for 200 hours in the lubrication pump, and should be checked and replaced every 200 hours thereafter.
4. The rotation direction of the electric lubrication pump is unidirectional, and it should be used according to the rotary wiring specified in the upper rotation plate of the motor.
5. The set pressure of the relief valve of the pump can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range.
