Operating characteristics of electric lubrication pumps

The electric lubrication pump is mainly composed of pump body, three-dimensional chassis, power forced lubrication bearing sleeve, electric lubrication pump safety valve and return rubber oil seal. The electric lubrication pump conveys the medium at a temperature of 30°C-120°C.
Depending on the model, electric pumps can be used for different types of oil or grease lubrication systems. The most basic includes oil lubrication pump with motor (AC or DC) and electric grease pump device, multi-line grease pump, oil electric pump and electric grease pump.
The electric lubricating oil pump is a double-piston vacuum suction pump. During the working process, as the sliding fork moves to the left, the next set of pistons moves to the left, the piston closes the outlet on the spring, and the piston continues to move to the left. At this time, a vacuum gradually forms between the pistons, sucking the oil out of the oil inlet. As the sliding fork moves left to the limit position, the movement in the opposite direction begins, and the piston closes the oil inlet under the push of the sliding fork and continues to move the pressurized oil to the right. From the top of the piston to the right of the oil outlet, oil is pressed into the lumen through the oil outlet. In this way, the two sets of pistons circulate and alternately suck the pressure, at which point the oil source is continuously injected into the equipment through the pipeline. When the sliding fork reciprocates, the pressure plate in the barrel rotates through the handle connected to it, so that the oil in the barrel is squeezed into the pump chamber.
When the gearbox is running, it is constantly in contact with the heel in and out. In the suction chamber, the gear gradually withdraws from the meshing state, so the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases and the pressure decreases. The hydraulic pressure allows the liquid to enter the suction chamber and the gear teeth into the discharge chamber. In the oil discharge chamber, the tooth shape gradually enters the meshing state, and the gear is gradually occupied by the gear teeth. The volume of the exhaust chamber is reduced, and the liquid pressure of the exhaust chamber increases. As a result, the liquid is discharged from the pump outlet and the gear side continues to rotate.
Electric lubrication pumps reduce the likelihood of lubrication failure and the corresponding maintenance costs. Grease pumps also improve your facility’s turnover and operational efficiency.
