The working process of the CNC machine tool lubrication system

The lubrication system of CNC machine tools occupies a very important position in the whole machine tool, which not only has a lubrication effect, but also has a cooling effect to reduce the influence of heat deformation of the machine tool on the machining accuracy. The design, debugging and maintenance of the lubrication system are of great significance to ensure the machining accuracy of the machine tool and extend the service life of the machine tool.
Working principle: When the lubrication system starts to work, the oil pump will pressurize the lubricating oil of the oil storage tank and press it to the quantitative distributor through the main pipe. When all the distributors complete the metering and storage action, once the oil pump stops pumping oil, the unloading valve in the pump will enter the pressure relief state. At the same time, the distributor also acts, through the compressed spring during oil storage, the lubricating oil stored in the cylinder meter, and injected into the part that needs lubrication through the branch pipe, so as to complete an oil supply action.
The oil pump works once, the distributor drains the oil once, each time the system pumps the oil to the rated pressure, the distributor oil storage is completed, if the oil pump continues to pump oil, the oil can only return to the oil tank through the overflow valve. The oil pump is generally controlled by the microcomputer of the lubrication device for each oil pump.
