There are two types of lubrication pumps for CNC machine tools: manual oil pumps and automatic oil pumps. The lubrication system of CNC machine tools generally includes an oil separator, oil pipe, quick-connect oil nozzle and steel wire protection pipe.
The working principle of the lubrication system of CNC machine tools: when the lubrication system is working, the oil pump pressurizes the lubricating oil of the oil storage tank and presses it to the quantitative distributor through the main pipe. When all the distributors complete the metering and storage action, once the oil pump stops pumping oil, the unloading valve in the pump will enter the pressure relief state. At the same time, the distributor also acts, through the compressed spring during oil storage, the lubricating oil stored in the cylinder meter, and injected into the part that needs lubrication through the branch pipe, so as to complete an oil supply action. The oil pump works once, the distributor drains the oil once, and each time the system pumps the oil to the rated pressure, the distributor stores the oil. The oil pump is generally controlled by the microcomputer of the lubrication device for each oil pump.

Equipped with automatic pressure relief device, the lubricating oil pump stops running, the system automatically relieves pressure. The maximum running time is about two minutes, and the interval time is the shortest two minutes. It is equipped with an overheating protector to protect the safe operation of the motor. Equipped with a pressure adjustment valve, the pipeline pressure can be adjusted at any time. Equipped with a forced switch, the machine can be forcibly lubricated when required.
